The Patient Portal is a secure platform that provides patients with convenient access to their personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection, 24 hours a day. By using a secure username and password, you can access health information that includes: a summary of clinic visits, lab test results, vital signs, allergies, orders, referrals, etc.
