Opioid Use Disorder is a chronic condition that lasts a lifetime. It cannot be cured, but it can be managed effectively. A person with this disorder can lead a healthy and productive life. One of the ways to achieve this goal is through the use of Buprenorphine. 

What is Buprenorphine?

It is a safe and effective medicine to treat heroin addiction and opioid consumption. These medications include prescription narcotic pain relievers that can be addictive, such as Percocet®, Vicodin®, and Codeine.

How does it work? 

It’s a thin layer that you place under the tongue and it dissolves quickly. It cannot be chewed or swallowed. This thin sheet eliminates or reduces the symptoms of withdrawal. It also reduces the desire to consume. Buprenorphine has lasting effects and with the help of our team of experts, the participant will receive all the benefits of this treatment.

As part of our services, participants have access to our sampling services. The laboratory samples are taken and processed in our lab, which then is sent directly to the doctor to be discussed.

Our clinics provide vaccination to all our participants, specially during flu and pneumonia season. The vaccine registry can be found in the medical record.
