What is Centro Ararat?
Centro Ararat, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 2001. It provides primary health care services at its five clinics located in Ponce, San Juan, and Arecibo.
As an institution, we firmly believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare in a setting that treats their needs with respect and empathy.
For the past two decades, Centro Ararat provided clinical services for the health and well-being of its participants through its three primary care clinics in Ponce, San Juan, and Arecibo. Our clinical team offers comprehensive clinical care services in a friendly and welcoming environment.
The integrated healthcare model focuses on the knowledge and talent of our clinical services team, which includes medical and nursing staff, medical case managers, nutritionists, and psychologists.
At our family medicine practice, we see patients aged 18 and older. We accept major health insurance plans, including the Puerto Rico Government Health Plan. However, in the event of a specific health need, we offer the requested support to honor our commitment to service.
